Nano Pigment Ink for Epson Print Heads (1L Bottle)

The Nano Pigment Ink (1L Bottle) is a printing consumable formulated specifically for Epson piezoelectric print heads (Micro Piezo technology) fitted to many wide format printers.

Its formulation based on nanometric pigments (ultra-fine milling) ensures smooth flow through the Epson nozzles while limiting the risk of clogging. This technology delivers high resistance to UV, light and water, superior to that of dye-based inks.

Packaged in a 1-litre bottle for refilling and professional use in production workshops.

Technical specifications

  • Reference: Nano Pigment
  • Product type: Nanoparticle pigment ink
  • Colorant type: Pigment (not dye)
  • Volume: 1 litre (refill bottle)
  • Technology: Nanometric pigments, ultra-fine milling
  • Head type: Epson piezoelectric print heads (Micro Piezo / PrecisionCore)
  • Resistance: UV, light and water – high durability
  • Application: Durable wide format colour printing

Compatibility and use

  • Epson piezoelectric print heads (Micro Piezo / PrecisionCore)
  • Wide format printers fitted with Epson heads (e.g. DX5, DX7, PrecisionCore)
  • Compatibility to be confirmed according to the Epson head model and colour profile

Function

  • Reproduction of stable, long-lasting colours over time
  • Smooth flow of nanoparticles through Epson piezoelectric nozzles
  • Increased resistance to UV, light and water
  • Reduced clogging risk thanks to ultra-fine milling
  • Optimal durability on indoor and outdoor media

Possible symptoms of wear

  • Faded colours or colour shift (degraded or expired ink)
  • Clogging or de-priming of the Epson head nozzles
  • Smudges, spraying or stray drops
  • Banding or missing nozzles during printing
  • Uneven drying or poor adhesion on the media

Replacing with fresh nano-pigment ink restores colour density, ensures reliable flow through the Epson head and extends the lifespan of the printing system.
