UV Mercury Lamp – Handtop HT1600UV / CET Color Q5-250 – H104-000
The H104-000 UV lamp is the curing bulb fitted in the lamp housing of the carriage on Handtop HT1600UV and HT1610UV, CET Color Q5-250 and PrismaJet HR 1600 printers. It fixes the ink on the substrate right after the print heads have passed.
This mercury vapour tube emits broad-spectrum UV radiation that instantly cures the UV inks deposited on the media, whether roll-fed or rigid board. This immediate hardening ensures good ink adhesion, scratch resistance and stable colours as soon as the print leaves the machine.
With a 90 mm arc and a total length of 164 mm, it is a like-for-like replacement in the original housing, for preventive maintenance or when curing becomes less effective.
