Shipping costs include preparation and packaging as well as transport:

Handling fee: This is a fixed fee applied to each order.
Transport fee: This varies depending on the total parcel weight and the delivery address.

Tip: We recommend grouping all items into a single order to optimize shipping costs. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.

Mainland France and Monaco: Enjoy free Chrono 18 shipping on any order over €300 excl. VAT.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time, whatever shipping method you chose.

We work with Chronopost, a trusted carrier known for fast and secure deliveries. You can be confident your parcels will arrive as quickly as possible.

We ship worldwide, with delivery times that vary depending on the destination. If you are in a specific area, feel free to contact us for more information.

The date shown in your basket is an estimated arrival date, based on the time you place your order. Four conditions must be met for next-day delivery:

— your order is confirmed before 12:00 noon, on a working day;
— the delivery address is in mainland France or Monaco;
— the items ordered are available;
— payment has cleared. If you pay by bank transfer, your order ships once the funds are received.

Our three mainland options — Chrono 10, Chrono 13 and Chrono 18 — are all next-day deliveries. They differ only in the time by which the parcel reaches you during the day.

We ship Monday to Friday. Chronopost does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: an order placed on Friday after 12:00 noon therefore ships on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

Next-day delivery applies only to mainland France and Monaco. For Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories, transit takes one or more additional days and a carrier surcharge applies: no next-day delivery date is given for these destinations. The same applies to Europe (Chrono Classic, 2 to 6 working days) and the rest of the world (Chrono Express).

Once your parcel is handed over to Chronopost, its transit depends on the carrier’s network. Bad weather, industrial action, a technical incident or any other circumstance beyond our control may shift the announced date. This is why that date is given as an estimate and not as a firm commitment.

This reservation does not release us from any of our obligations: if your parcel does not arrive on the announced date, write to us at [email protected] or call +33 4 37 41 58 48. We immediately open an enquiry with Chronopost and keep you informed. In the event of loss or damage, we cover the reshipment or the refund of your order.
