The Teflon cutter strip (Pad Cutter 2) reference 1000020747 is the PTFE-coated protection strip placed in the cutting groove of the platen, beneath the path of the cross cutter and the contour cutting blade of Roland TrueVIS 64" inkjet printer/cutters.
This adhesive PTFE (Teflon) strip provides support for the blade as it crosses the media: it absorbs contact, protects the machine frame and ensures a clean cut, with no snags or torn edges. Its smooth, non-stick surface prevents the media from sticking during cutting and preserves the precision of the contour path.
Supplied as a genuine Roland DG OEM part, ready to be installed after removing the worn strip. To be replaced as soon as deep grooves or chips appear on the surface, to prevent any deterioration in cutting quality.
